PURPOSE: A method for quantifying diagnosis of a high-risk group of schizophrenia using a brainwave synchronization level and an apparatus thereof and a computer-readable media are provided to prevent onset of disease by diagnosing a high-risk group of schizophrenia. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of synchronization values for each pair according to each bandwidth is obtained for each pair of a plurality of a pair of brainwaves. The number of a pair of the brainwaves having a smaller value than a second value is subtracted from the number of a pair of brainwaves having a synchronization value having larger than a first value. The subtraction value is obtained through a subtraction process. The risk of onset of disease of schizophrenia is determined according to the subtraction value.
