PURPOSE: An resistance-film type touch panel is provide to have voltage generated by a dot spacer according to a physical change caused by a touch, thereby measuring a correct touch point. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent substrate(110) includes a first transparent electrode on a side. A second transparent substrate(130) includes a second transparent electrode on the other side. Dot spacers(150) are formed on a side of the first or the second transparent electrodes and composed of piezoelectric polymer substance. A bonding layer(160) adheres the edges of the first and the second transparent substrates so that the first and the second transparent electrodes face each other. If the dot spacer is physically changed according to a movement load applied to the first transparent substrate, the dot spacer generates voltage.
