PURPOSE: A single phase watt hour meter non-interrupting exchanging device is provided to improve customer satisfaction by preventing power outage when replacing a watt-hour meter. CONSTITUTION: A screw thread(11) is formed on the inner circumference of a head cap(10). A push protrusion unit(12) for compressing an existing wire is formed at the internal center portion of the head cap. A body(20) is composed of a cylindrical top tightening unit(22), a central flange unit(23), and a cylindrical bottom connector(24). A screw thread is formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical top tightening unit. The cylindrical top tightening unit is combined with the inner circumference of the head cap. The central flange unit has a supporting unit of rectangular shape. The cylindrical bottom connector interlinks a load side wire connection unit and a connection wire.
