The present application is directed to a composition in a pressurized container for forming a hydroalcoholic foam, said composition comprising: at least one active agent comprising a sunscreen component; a water insoluble film-forming polymer comprising a water insoluble carboxylated acrylic copolymer having a percentage of carboxylic acid groups present that is neutralized with a basic compound; a hydroalcoholic foaming agent; and an aerosol propellant.
