PURPOSE: A ring lighter is provided to use fire for smoking while putting on a finger like a ring. CONSTITUTION: A ring lighter comprises a button(30), flints(4,32), a rubber plate(31), and a rechargeable gas container(10). The rechargeable gas container is connected to an outlet(12) through a hose(11). The rubber plate is attached with the flints and blocks the outlet. The flints are closely formed to rub each other. The rubber plate and the button are connected each other. When the button comes down to make fire, a spring is installed under the button to put out the fire. If the button is put out, the rubber plate blocks the outlet where gas comes out to extinguish fire.
