PURPOSE: A payment processing method and a server thereof are provides to process payment process by inquiring the payment request to the second portable terminal if a payment request of the first terminal does not meet a payment condition. CONSTITUTION: A request receiver(210) requests a payment request of a first portable terminal from a member store terminal. The decider(220) judges if the received payment request meets a payment condition. A payment processor(230) performs the payment process by using a payment account related to the first portable terminal or the second portable terminal related to the first portable terminal. |
