PURPOSE: A heating panel and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of waste and harmful material by manufacturing panels using an environment-friendly material. CONSTITUTION: A heating panel comprises an upper panel(103), a lower panel(106) and a finish layer(110). The upper panel is made by mixing sand and fiber chips with biodegrade adhesive. The lower panel is attached and fixed to the bottom surface of the upper panel by burying a heating member in a heating groove. The heating groove is formed in the center part of the upper side in a longitudinal direction. The finish layers are attached with one another using ceramic powder and adhesive. |
