UNIFIED CHIP FOR SENSOR OF CCD CAMERA

摘要

PURPOSE: A sensor integrated chip for a CCD camera is provided to reduce mounting volume/area and power consumption. CONSTITUTION: An H/V driver(120) drives a CCD sensor(110). A control signal for driving the CCD sensor is inputted to the H/V driver. An ISP(Image Signal Process) chip(130) receives an output signal of the CCD sensor. A color filter array and a micro lens(170) are mounted on a frontal side of the CCD sensor. A signal driving chip drives the sensor chip.
