PURPOSE: A battery module assembly equipped with a cooling function is provided to maximize cooling efficiency by minimizing degradation of mobility which passes around settle containers. CONSTITUTION: A battery module assembly equipped with a cooling function comprises settle containers(111) in which the battery cell or the unit module is settled on a module case(110). The module case comprises a flange part(110a) having a size which can block the upper opening of a liquid coolant tank(130). Inlets and outlets(133) for the liquid coolant are formed on the side of the coolant tank. The liquid coolant in the coolant tank flows in a zigzag form through the settle containers and cools the battery cell or the unit module.
