PURPOSE: An apparatus for moving a liquefied natural gas storage tank is provided to safely supply liquefied natural gas by moving a liquefied natural gas storage tank to a liquefied natural gas propelled ship. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for moving a liquefied natural gas storage tank comprises a first tank moving module(100) and a second tank moving module. The first tank moving module is installed in a hull for transferring a storage tank to ascend and descend a liquefied natural gas storage tank. The second tank moving module is installed in a liquefied natural gas propelled ship to horizontally move the liquefied natural gas storage tank to the liquefied natural gas propelled ship ascended by the first tank moving module.
