PURPOSE: A memory management method and image display apparatus therefor are provided to prevent one account from dogmatically using memory by allocating the memory to each account. CONSTITUTION: An image display apparatus acquires memory management data according to plural accounts(S11). The image display apparatus acquires data for residual storage capacity of one account from the memory management data according to a data storage command for the account(S12,S13). In case the storage of other accounts is selected, the image display apparatus provides a memory management menu(S14,S15). In case the storage of other accounts is not selected, the image display apparatus stores the memory management data in the account(S16). |
