ALL-IN-ONE STRUCTURE ROOF TUNNEL METHOD

PURPOSE: A non-excavation type integrated roof tunnel and a construction method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the size of a tunnel structure and to reduce construction costs by reducing construction time. CONSTITUTION: A non-excavation type integrated roof tunnel comprises a pipe roof(1), one or more studs, supports, and a concrete structure(3). The pipe roof is composed of multiple pipe members and mortar. The pipe members are filled with the mortar. The mortar has support installation grooves. The studs are buried in the mortar of the pipe members, and parts of the studs are protruded to the support installation grooves. The supports are inserted into the support installation grooves and fixed to the studs. The concrete structure is formed by placing concrete on the inner sides of the supports.
