PURPOSE: A manufacturing system for extrusion profiles and a manufacturing method of the extrusion profiles using thereof are provided to use a compounding material obtained by dynamic-vulcanizing an olefin-based resin and olefin-based copolymer rubber as a surface coating material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing system for extrusion profiles includes a compounding machine, a second extruder(20), a molding machine(30), a cooler(40), a transfer unit(50), and a cutter(70). Pellets obtained by the compounding machine are inserted through a hopper(21) of the second extruder for extruding the pellets after melting using an adapter(22). The extruded material passes through a chamber(31) of the molding machine for molding the extruded material into a first molded body in a billet form. The cooler cools the first molded body. The transfer unit transfers the cooled first molded body. The cutter cuts the first molded body.
