COOLING/HEATING EQUIPMENT OF WATER HEAT EXCHANGING TYPE HAVING GENERATOR

PURPOSE: A water heat exchanging type cooling/heating device is provided to improve driving efficiency of a heat pump by maintaining the water which is heat exchange media in 5 to 10°C and use the water as the power source for driving the cooling/heating device. CONSTITUTION: A water heat exchanging type cooling/heating device is composed of a heat pump(10), a catchment area(20), a heating source line(30), and a thermal storage tank(40). The heating source line is returned through the inner flow passage of an evaporator(14) from the catchment area for the water heat exchange of the evaporator and the water in the catchment area. The thermal storage tank is connected with a first circulation line(41). A generator(33) driven through waterfall(32) is formed in the heating source line.
