<p>PURPOSE: An ultrasonic welding system and a method for forming a weld joint part using the same are provided to guarantee desired structural electrical characteristics by maintaining the desired displacement and changing power level output. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic welding device(10) comprises an ultrasonic welding device(20), an ultrasonic welding controller(22), a position sensor(49), and a power control unit(24). The ultrasonic welding device comprises an ultrasonic welding horn(42). The ultrasonic welding controller generates control signals for guiding the ultrasonic welding device to form a first weld joint. The position sensor generates signals for indicating the position of the ultrasonic welding horn. The position sensor is connected to the ultrasonic welding horn. The power control unit communicates with the ultrasonic welding controller.</p> |
