CONTEMPORARY DIAGNOSTIC KIT OF TAMIFLU SENSITIVE AND RESISTANT SWINE INFLUENZA A(H1N1) AND DIAGNOSTIC METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A kit for simultaneously diagnosing tamiflu sensitive and resistant novel swine-origin influenza A(H1N1) is provided to cheaply detect the infection. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a primer for determining tamiflu sensitive novel swine-origin influenza A comprises: a step of preparing a primer having a modified base encoding 274th amino acid and has a primer 3' at first base of a base sequence encoding 275th amino acid and has a primer 3' at first base of a base sequence encoding 275th amino acid from an amino acid sequence of H1N1 virus-derived neuraminidase; and a step of selecting a primer which specifically binds to the base encoding the neuraminidase derived from tamiflu sensitive novel swine-origin influenza A without binding to the base encoding the neuraminidase derived from tamiflu resistance novel swine-origin influenza A.
