PURPOSE: Operation time display unit of a display device using a metachromatic film, an operation time display method using the same and the display device equipped with the same are provided to include a thermochromic film or a phototropy film discolored by heat or light from the display device, thereby recognizing the actual operation time of the device. CONSTITUTION: A thermochromic film(30) is included in a side of a body unit(10) or a side of a LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module, and is gradually discolored according to the actual operation time of display device by including thermochromic dye. The thermochromic dye is gradually discolored by absorbing heat from the display device. A mounting grooves are included in the upper side of a light guide module(21), any side of the body unit and the upper side of the LCD module, and includes the thermochromic film. A transparent substrate(11) is included in the upper side of the thermochromism film.
