PURPOSE: A custom-made footwear insole, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mold the insole by the shape of the plantar of a user without using a separate heating device. CONSTITUTION: A custom-made footwear insole includes a base material(110) forming the regular and a packing material(120). The base material forms the basic insole shape or the shape having the partial plantar shape. The base material can be transformed by applying heat, and hardens after cooling. The packing material packs the base material in a vacuum state to be closely attached to the base material. A thermal-sensitive film is attached to the inside of the packing material. The base material includes a thermoforming layer, a first auxiliary layer produced with a cushion material, and a second auxiliary layer produced with a fabric material. |
