PURPOSE: A multipurpose tension jack for a strand is provided to uniformly and simultaneously tense multiple strands without breakage. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose tension jack(100) for a strand comprises a tension unit(110) and a control unit(120). The tension unit comprises an arrangement plate(111), a hollow cylinder(113), guide holes(112), a piston(114), and a piston rod(115). The arrangement plate is attached on the front end of the hollow cylinder. The guide holes(112) are formed on the arrangement plate. The piston is linearly moved rearward. The control unit comprises a control cylinder(121), a hydraulic chamber(122), a piston(123), a rod(124), guide holes, and a support head(126). The control cylinder is coupled to the piston rod. The piston and the rod are formed inside the hydraulic chamber. The guide holes are formed on the rod in a longitudinal direction. The support head is coupled to the end of the rod and supports strands(10).
