PURPOSE: An anti-forgery method using a color variable material and a device for the same are provided to detect a target material by using a photonic crystal characteristic material in which a color or an optical transmittance is changed according to the application of an electric field and a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION: An anti-forgery device using a color variable material comprises a color expression unit, a driving unit, and a magnetic applying unit. The color expression unit comprises a color variable material. Wavelength of reflected lights of the color variable material is changed by applying a magnetic field. The driving unit changes a state of the color expression unit is changed by applying an external stimulation. The magnetic applying unit generates the magnetic field. When the external stimulus is applied, the color or a pattern of the color expression unit is changed by the magnetic field. |
