BURKHOLDERIA PYRROCINIA CH-44 AND MICROBIAL AGENT FOR PREVENTING PLANT-PATHOGENIC FUNGI CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An agent containing Burkholderia pyrrocinia CH-44 with an antibacterial function against various plant pathogenic fungi is provided to prevent Fulvia fulva, bacteria causing tomato leaf mold. CONSTITUTION: A Burkholderia pyrrocinia CH-44 strain has an antibacterial functional against plant pathogenic fungi. A biologic formulation for preventing plant pathogenic fungi contains the strain. The formulation contains 85-90g of starch per 1 L of medium in which the strain is cultured. Fulvia fulva is prevented using the strain or a formulation containing the strain as an active ingredient.
