PURPOSE: An optical film for reducing color shift and a liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to secure a view angle of a display device and improve picture quality by minimizing color shift. CONSTITUTION: An optical film comprises a background layer(21) in which a plurality of engraved or embossed lens parts(23) are formed at regular intervals. The optical film disperses the projecting direction of lights entering the lens parts among the lights that are projected from a liquid crystal display panel in different colors according to view angle and gradation level and mixes the dispersed lights with the lights passing through the intervals between the lens parts. The contour lines of the lens parts include a first side(23a), a second side(23b), and a third side(23c), where the average curvature of the third side is smaller than those of the first and second sides.
