PURPOSE: A sequence control circuit of a television is provided to satisfy with the sequence of a television set by using a self-voltage charging start function and a brown-out function. CONSTITUTION: A voltage distribution unit(310) distributes DC(Direct Current)supplied to a brown-output pin of a standby IC(Integrated Circuit)(302) by dropping voltages through plural resistors. The voltage distribution unit monitors VBR(Brown-out Voltage) of a bulk capacitor arranged at a back side of a bridge diode in the off of AC(Alternating Current). A voltage smoothing circuit(320) smooths voltages supplied to the standby IC. The voltage smoothing circuit transmits the current to the VBR of the standby IC in order to prevent the restart of the standby IC.
