COATING COMPOSITION HAVING IMPROVED ANTI-MICROBIAL ACTIVITY, HUMIDITY CONTROLING PERFORMANCE AND ABSORBING/DECOMPOSING PERFORMANCE OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS

PURPOSE: A paint composition is provided to have excellent antibiotic activity, thermal resistance, humidity controllability, and adsorption decomposition effect of a volatile organic compound, thereby capable of being used for various fields requiring prevention of sick house syndrome. CONSTITUTION: A paint composition comprises: one or more compounds selected from a compound in chemical formula 1, a polymer compound comprising the compound in chemical formula 1 as a repeating unit, a polyol compound combined with the compound in chemical formula 1; a silica-titania composite compound of which molar ratio of silicon and titanium is 7:3-9:1; and a binder resin. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is 10,11-epoxy-2,6-dihydroxy-4,8-dioxaundecyl, 2-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-oxa-5-oxo-6-heptenyl, 2-hydroxy-3-(4-nonylphenoxy)propyl, 3-dodecafluoro-2-hydroxy-4- oxa-undecyl, 2-hydroxy-3-(methoxy)phenoxypropyl, 2-hydroxy-3 -(toluene-4-sulfonyloxy)-propyl, 1-iodine-2-prophenyl or 2-methyl-1-iodine-2-prophenyl.
