PURPOSE: A multi-functional sign pad device is provided to perform barcode reading and payment at the same time by adding a bar code reader function to a sign pad, thereby increasing reliability about a purchase. CONSTITUTION: A touch pad module(410) displays information through a display panel and receives the information through a touch pad. A barcode reader(420) scans a barcode image attached to a product. A barcode interpreter(450) distinguish the bar code image and outputs it as a digital value. A storage unit(470) stores product information mapped on the digital value. A payment unit(460) performs a payment process about the scanned product based on user input information inputted through the touch pad module. |
