PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing medicinal herb fermentation extract is provided to enhance antioxidation, cell proliferation, collagen synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A medicinal herb fermentation extract is prepared by inoculating Aspergillus oryzae strain to a medicinal herb of Polyporus umbellatus, Massa Medicata Fermentata, Hericium erinaceus, Cordyceps sinensis, or Aquilaria agallocha, fermenting the mixture, isolating and filtering the fermented liquid. A cosmetic composition contains 0.01-50 wt% the extract. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of skins, lotions, essences, creams, packs, foundations, or make-up bases.
