FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry. The preparation for treating and preventing renal and urinary diseases contains herbal active substances, excipients and additionally contains active substances in the form of a buffer complex of sodium succinate, potassium succinate and magnesium succinate; the herbal active substances are presented by an extract of mixed sicklepod, birch leaves and linden blossom. The ingredients are taken in proportions as follows: the buffer complex of sodium succinate, potassium succinate and magnesium succinate 2.9%-17.3%; the extract of mixed sicklepod, birch leaves and linden blossom 1%-15%; the excipients - up to 100 ml. Sodium succinate, potassium succinate and magnesium succinate are taken in ratio 2.3:2.9:1.0. Mixed sicklepod, birch leaves and linden blossom are taken in ratio 6.0:3.0:1.0 and presented in the form of a solid or dry extract. The excipients include preservatives 0.01%-2.00%, sweetener 0.005%-60.0%, flavouring substances 0.001%-1.0%, solvents 1.0%-95.0% and a thickening agent 0.05%-5.0%. ^ EFFECT: preparation extends the spectrum of specific activity with a positive integrated effect on the renal and urinary systems. ^ 3 ex, 8 tbl |
