Proposed sheet material comprises reinforcing surface layer of foil, main layer including polymer, and waste cover layer. Main layer is made of bitumen- or rubber-based composition. Waste cover layer is made of paper or polymer. Reinforcing surface layer has ledges and recesses regularly alternating on material surface. Said recesses are interconnected. Said ledges are not interconnected.
