FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otorhynolaryngology. In order to diagnose chronic rhinosinusitis morphologic examination of structurisation zones, which are formed successively in cuneate dehydration of biological liquid of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. As criteria of process estimation in norm and in case of pathology time parameters of structure formation are taken, duration of entire period of dehydration with formation of final pattern of facies being determined by formula: ttotÇè=t1+t2+t3) where t1 is time of peripheral edge zone formation; t2 is time of formation of radial cracks and sectors; t3 is time of formation of transverse fissures with formation of singularities and formation in them of crystallisation centres. If t1 is from 30 to 50 minutes, t2 is from 50 to 90 minutes, t3 is from 60 to 90 minutes, ttot is from 2.5 to 4.5 hours, chronic rhinosinusitis is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method increases efficiency of diagnostics of upper respiratory tract diseases due to obtaining parameters of time of formation of nasal secrete hard fraction structures in cuneate dehydration. ^ 8 dwg, 3 ex |
