PURPOSE: A vibration isolation box assembly for a railway sleeper is provided to reduce construction time by simply inserting the vibration isolation box assembly into the bottom of a railway sleeper. CONSTITUTION: A vibration isolation box assembly for a railway sleeper comprises a vibration isolation box(30) and vibration isolation pads(40). The vibration isolation box is made of a synthetic rubber material. An opening is formed on one side of the vibration isolation box, and seating grooves are formed on both sides of the inner bottom surface thereof. The vibration isolation pads are made of a natural rubber material and are placed on the seating grooves of the vibration isolation box.
