FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fault detection with predominantly rounded oval items in flow lines for automatic sorting of agricultural products. The device contains a feeder, a receptacle for conforming and non-conforming items, the device drive and a cell drum with screens installed concentrically inside it. The upper section of the drum is designed in the form of an assemblage of drive rollers fixed along the drum generatrix and has a longitudinal slot located behind the last roller. The actuating mechanism valves are placed in the slot (their number equal to that of the drum cells) and connected to the electromagnets and the control console, the valve serving for rejection of non-confirming items. The drum is designed in the form of a set of rings, rods passing through the rings, plugs freely suspended on the rods and placed between adjacent rings. Over the rolls assemblage one or several identification and control units are installed. The control units are connected to each actuating mechanism installed in the zone of automatic removal of defective items. The identification units are installed symmetrically to the zone formed by the rolls assemblage and at an angle to the vertical axis of the drum. ^ EFFECT: invention usage will allow to ensure automatic control of faulted items detection. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
