PURPOSE: A proxy driving unmanned call service supplying and a system is provided to reduce the number of staff required, since a counselor is not required in process of connecting transaction between a consumer and a proxy driver. CONSTITUTION: An ARS server sends voices, which questions a departure and a destination, to the consumer respectively when a consumer connects to an unmanned call center(120). The ARS server respectively gets the voices of the consumer when the consumer says respectively the destination source location and destination location. The ARS server transmits link, which can listen to the voice data of the consumer or the voice of the consumer, to a proxy driver terminal(131). |
