PURPOSE: A target sensing method and a radar device are provided to accurately detect a target object by controlling a transmission timing to avoid signal interferences. CONSTITUTION: A signal transmitter(110) controls the interval between starting points of signal transmission and transmits signals at starting points with the controlled interval. A signal receiver(120) receives a reflected signal of a transmitted signal. An interference signal removal unit(130) removes interference signals by passing the reflected signal through a filter. A target object detection unit(140) detects a target object through signal processing of the received signal from which the interference signals are removed.
