PURPOSE: A housing assembly and monitoring camera apparatus including the same are provided to smoothly operate the operation of configuration elements like a circuit module which is electrically connected with an image capturing unit by maintaining the inside temperature of a monitoring camera. CONSTITUTION: A dome cover accepts an image capturing unit. An air blower(51) inhales air from one direction. The air blower discharges the inhaled air to other direction. A heater heats the discharged air. The width of a duct(52) is extended from one end to other end. An outlet for discharging the heated air is formed at a large width side. The outlet is arranged near the dome cover.
