FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: atrophic skin scar is simulated by introducing an injured preparation into deep layers of reticular dermis close to a border with hypodermis. As a preparation, Dermastabilon 0.1 ml is used. The preparation is introduced in a rat at the distance of 2 cm from a spinal column along the length of 1 mm of a needle of an insulin syringe at an angle of 45 to form a papula. ^ EFFECT: method provides easy-to-reproduce simulation of the atrophic skin scar with a dystrophic behaviour characteristics during formation approximated to the actual clinical pathology. ^ 4 dwg, 1 ex |
