Connection element 12 is rigidly jointed with lever free end while its support means 88 are articulated with adapter 22, 24 fixed on bearing element 28 of brush 28, 30. In compliance with this invention, main case 18 enclosing adapter 22, 24 is secured thereon or on bearing element 28.
