FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration elements. Proposed coreless filtration element is made from nonwoven material by winding along spiral line. Filtration element comprises nonwoven band with selected porosity coiled to make multiple overlapping layers with preset radial thickness. It comprises also intermediate band with porosity that ensures lower permeability compared with porosity of nonwoven band. Said band is coiled to make overlapping layers inside the band made by nonwoven band. It has also fluid passage set by adjacent overlapping intermediate layers to control and set particular flow pattern in axial direction along and through filtration element. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation. ^ 37 cl, 8 dwg |
