PURPOSE: A business site selection system of real estate development and control method thereof are provided to reduce unnecessary manpower and temporal costs generated from a process in selecting business site in a public sector and select optimized business target site. CONSTITUTION: A web geographic information system transmits the business site to a user terminal after searching business site of a real estate development business according to data inputted from the user terminal. A web server(20) transmits the inputted data to the web geographical system and transmits an analyzed data received from the web geographical system to the user terminal. An attribute DB(50) stores data of geographical information, space coordinate information, population information, and society information of business site. A digital map DB(60) store an image data of an electronic map according to geographical information. |
