FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preserved appetisers production. The method envisages recipe components preparation, bulb onions and carrots cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the said components (while heated) with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar and salt, packing, sealing and sterilisation of the produced mixture. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to exclude the target product liquid phase stratification. |
