FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for simultaneous production of at least one gaseous product (8, 20), as well as a product (liquefied methane) (10), mainly consisting of liquid methane (CH4), from a starting mixture (4), mainly consisting of hydrogen (H2), carbon monoxide (CO) and methane (CH4), wherein the starting mixture is divided into several fractions in the apparatus for low-temperature separation of gases (C). A methane fraction (10), having commercial-grade purity, is output in form of a liquid after low-temperature separation of gases and, preferably after further cooling, is accumulated in form of liquefied methane in an intermediate tank (T). ^ EFFECT: use of the invention enables to produce commercial-grade liquefied methane from methane-containing synthetic gas using a low-cost method. ^ 14 cl, 4 dwg |
