FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive seat, particularly, to truck cabin seat. Proposed seat comprises scissor case 3, seat frame 10 articulated thereto along axis B to be adjusted to inclination of said case 3 by appropriate adjustment assembly 12, and backrest 20 arranged on aforesaid frame 10. Seat frame 10 is articulated directly with case 3 on one side and, on the other side, it is articulated by trunnion with said case. Aforesaid assembly 12 may interact with seat frame or case 3, or with spider 14 of said trunnion. Assemble 12 has two elements turning toward each other. First element is coupled with seat frame while another element has first lever 13. Spider 14 is articulated with first lever 13 via second union 14a relative to inclination adjustment axis N with axial shift relative to said first lever.
