POLYDIACETYLENE BASED BIOSENSER

PURPOSE: A polydiacetylene-based biosensor is provided to easily detect a target material by fixing a reaction group or functional ligand on the surface of a vesicle. CONSTITUTION: A complex comprises: a microbead; and a polydiacetylene vesicle fixed on the microbead. The microbead is selected from inorganic materials including silica or glass; metals including metal, metal oxide, or magnetic material; and polymers including agarose, polystyrene, latex, styrene vinyltoluene, or polyvinyl toluene. The polydiacetylene vesicle further contains a reaction group or functional ligand. A method for preparing the complex comprises a step of fixing the vesicle on the surface of the microbead.
