The device has a fabric (3) extended between two transverse reinforcing elements. Each reinforcing element is composed of two structural bars (5, 7) assembled in an end-to-end manner. One of the structural bars has a male connection element (23) inserted into a female connection element (21) arranged in the other structural bar. The structural bars are assembled by a ratchet and are in the form of elongated section profiles. Two anchoring devices (9) are arranged at one end of each bars, where each anchoring device is provided with a tensioning unit. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a suspended bedding device.
