FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and is intended for diagnostics of myopising phacosclerosis. Optic power of cornea is measured, length of anterior-posterior eye axis is measured and threshold value of sphere-equivalent of estimated refraction of examined eye is calculated by formula A=52.7-0.053*K*L-0.122*L, where A is estimated value of sphere-equivalent of estimated refraction of examined eye, Dptr; K is optic power of cornea, Dptr; L is length of anterior-posterior eye axis, mm; obtained threshold value of estimated refraction of examined eye is rounded to value multiple to 0.5, visometry for determination of sphere-equivalent of clinical refraction is carried out, and if said sphere-equivalent of clinical refraction is higher than calculated by formula threshold value of sphere-equivalent of estimated refraction, myopising phacosclerosis is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to extend arsenal of means for early diagnostics of myopising phacosclerosis. ^ 3 ex |
