<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address change system, an address change server and an address change processing method capable of reducing a burden on a customer at the time of address change and performing highly reliable change registration. <P>SOLUTION: In an address change system 10, old address collation processing means 23 compares and collates address data written on a front face of a certification card and included in OCR data in the front face with registered address data stored in a customer DB 30 to check whether the old addresses match or substantially match with each other, new address collation processing means 24 compares and collates address data written on a rear face of the certification card and included in OCR data in the rear face with new address data specified by key input by a customer or an input proxy of the customer to check whether the new addresses match or substantially match with each other, and when matching of the old and new addresses is confirmed, address change processing means 25 registers the new address data in the customer DB 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
