<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable security equipment consisting of a light-emitting hose-like member to be laid on a road, as a warning line parting a traffic restriction zone from a traffic permission zone, to be easily and quickly set at a proper position when a traffic accident occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A security vehicle 1 equipped with the hose-like member 2 capable of emitting light and a hose reel 3 for winding the hose-like member 2 in a deliverable manner is stopped on the rear part of a traffic lane area as the traffic restriction zone, and a signpost 4 is installed behind the security vehicle 1. In th state that the delivery end of the light-emitting hose-like member 2 is locked to the signpost 4, the security vehicle 1 is moved travelling to the front part of the traffic lane area as the traffic restriction zone. Then, the light-emitting hose-like member 2 is delivered from the hose reel 3 to the rear side of the security vehicle 1 and laid on a road. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
