<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device and a program capable of changing an image in response to a user's action and allowing a user to set the change content. <P>SOLUTION: An image display device 1 includes a display part 11, a CPU 18 for displaying an image on the display part 11, and a voice sensor 171 for detecting a predetermined voice input by a user. The CPU 18 sets a predetermined area in an image displayed on the display part 11 and a predetermined mode in which the predetermined area is changed as a change area R and a change mode on the basis of user's operation.
