<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation recording device which can suppress the excessively heavy labor of a crew. <P>SOLUTION: A taxi meter body 10, during measurement of a continuous labor time, acquires a measured continuous labor time (S11), and determines whether the acquired continuous labor time reaches a rest request time (S12).
