<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam generator which can further effectively utilize remaining heat of a combustion gas with a piping structure to suppress heat stress generated by heating by the combustion gas without clogging of piping. <P>SOLUTION: This superheated steam generator includes a furnace tube 2c disposed below water surface in a pressure tight case 1 for circulating the combustion gas G, a first furnace tube 2d for circulating the combustion gas G passing through the furnace tube 2c, a second furnace tube 2e for circulating the combustion gas G passing through the first furnace tube 2d, a first header 2f for guiding and circulating the combustion gas G passing through the furnace tube 2c to the first furnace tube 2d, and a second header 2g for guiding and circulating the combustion gas G passing through the first flue tube 2d to the second flue tube 2e. The flue 2c is connected to and supported by an inner wall at one side, of the pressure tight case 1, the first header 2f is disposed in a non-contact state at an interval from an inner wall at the other side, of the pressure tight case 1, and the second header 2g is slidably penetrated through the furnace tube 2c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
