<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromixer capable of uniformly mixing high-viscosity fluids or differently viscous fluids. <P>SOLUTION: The micromixer includes: a laminate part in which a first plate 5 having a first fine tubular flow path and communicating with a supply path of a first fluid is laminated to a second plate 7 having a second fine tubular flow path and communicating with a supply path of a second fluid; and a mixing part communicating with the outlets of the first and second fine tubular flow paths to mix the first and second fluids. The first and second plates 5 and 7 have the inlets of the fine tubular flow path communicating with the fluid supply path, and the outlets of the fine tubular flow path communicating with the mixing part, and have the cross-sectional area of the fluid which flows liquid-tightly in the fine tubular flow path in the outlet portion smaller than that in the inlet portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
